Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Design and implement our test automation framework and tools
  • Create, maintain and enhance a suite of well organized end to end automated tests cases
  • Ensure committed code is tested and cleared before it is released to production
  • Log and verify test defects
  • Update and maintain quality testing standards, procedures, and documentation
  • Set up, configure and monitor our Amazon AWS virtual machines and services

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:


  • Self-starter who is comfortable working on a small team where your input matters
  • Very strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, self-directed
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Ability to perform QA testing duties independently and thoroughly
  • Must be comfortable actively reaching out to others when needed
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Bachelor’s degree Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject preferred

Work Experience

Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:


  • 2+ years of experience with automated unit testing framework (JUnit)
  • 2+ years of experience with automated web testing framework (Selenium)
  • 1+ years of experience with automated app (Android & iOS) testing framework
  • 1+ years of experience with Java and Java Script
  • 1+ years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience with software development tools such as Eclipse, GIT, Jenkins
  • Experience with Amazon AWS virtual machines and services
  • Experience with Unix (preferably Ubuntu)
