Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


  • Quickly respond and address all incoming tickets
  • Resolves questions or problems over the telephone or Internet
  • Interfaces with developers, sales team and accounting as needed
  • Keeps customer informed of how and when problems are resolved
  • Help our new customers onboard as quickly and efficiently as possible
  • Nurture, build & strengthen customer relationships
  • Engage existing customers on new products and features
  • Participate in activities designed to improve customer experience and business performance

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate has the following skills and qualifications:


  • Ability to answer and solve effectively all customer related issues
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Must be clearly understood over the phone to provide customer support
  • Excellent attention to detail and quality
  • Comfortable with cloud based and smartphone technologies
  • Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic environment
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Proactive and self-directed
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without restrictions

Work Experience

Associated work experience in the following areas is an added plus:


  • 1 - 3 years experience in customer success or technical support is required
  • Technical documentation writing (e.g. online help and FAQ) is a major plus
